"I was wondering - how can having an umbilical hernia and having implanted mesh affect my progress with the course? I have been doing the leaky gut protocol and have been experiencing some pain and bloating that I didn't have prior. My mesh seems to be bothering me in the areas where I think it would be attached. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for relief? I'm also doing the liver protocol and getting ready to start the H. Pylori protocol.
